Giraudi International SAM, was born in the sixties with a primary business of importing Dutch veal for sale in Italy. The company base was transfered to Monaco to provide a solid base from which it could construct over time long lasting and fruitful relationships with both clients and suppliers.
Today Giraudi International SAM in active on 3 different fronts:
- AGENTS: these have represented for more than 40 years a select number of the most important producers in Europe. Whom, not only deal with intra-european commerce, but also deal with all logistical steps from the supplier to the end client.
- TRADER: Many years of expericence dealing with purchase and sales of imported stocks, following all protocols and market needs, including distribution via their own logistics.
- IMPORTER: With Giraudi Meats SAM, Giraudi has become the direct supplier for european , turkish and Russian customers. In supplement to this import experience, Giraudi also brings it market knowledge attained from 40 years of experience and the capacity to offer punctual delivery times due to the available distribution platforms.
During the 1980's trading developed exponentially due to a large increase in the import export market.
In the 1990's Giraudi became the leader in trading Dutch meat in Italy, which culminated in the Monaco Business Award in 2000.
By the turn of the century Giraudi had begun to focus its attention to a more global market, by seizing strategic opportunities, in new market sectors. These in turn helped to consolidate the synergies that had been created over the previous 40 years, by the opening of three new European offices in Madrid, Bordeaux and Dublin.
